Last Breath by Jessica Clare and Jen Frederick
I had a hard time rating this one, only because I have no experience as a rape survivor, and definitely no experience as a forced sex worker in a Brazilian brothel. So, I'm not really sure if the heroine's reactions to the hero and the situations are accurate or believable.
That being said, if I can let go of my doubts about that (because honestly, I have no idea), I really liked Last Breath. The writing was good and the plot interesting. I'm interested in Daniel's not-really-partner Vasiliy (sp?) and so as to not give away spoilers, I'll just say I can't wait for the next book and leave it there :)
